Kronos iSeries Workforce Management Consultant

JK Seva is seeking a skilled Kronos iSeries Workforce Management Consultant to join our team. As a Consultant, you will work closely with clients to implement and support Kronos iSeries workforce management solutions. This role involves configuring the software, troubleshooting issues, and providing ongoing support and training to clients.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of Kronos iSeries and experience in implementing and supporting the software in a client-facing role. Additionally, excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their workforce management needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Configure and customize Kronos iSeries software based on client requirements
• Provide training and support to clients on Kronos iSeries functionality
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Kronos iSeries software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Keep up to date with the latest developments and best practices within UKG
• Ability to learn the newer technologies within UKG

Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing and supporting Kronos iSeries systems for UKG
• Strong knowledge of Kronos iSeries functionality and configuration
• Experience in a client-facing role, providing support and training on Kronos iSeries
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams
