Junior Project Manager

Every day, our team analyzes billions of pieces of behavioral, attitudinal, and purchase data from sports fans spanning the globe, using the latest machine-learning and data visualization technology. We do this to give our clients the tools and insight required to grow their businesses.

We have a team of over 500 Two Circlers working from six offices across the world (London, New York, Los Angeles, Paris, Bern, and Melbourne) who work cross-region to service our expanding international client base.

The Project Manager role sits within our Marketing & Consulting Capability in Los Angeles and will lead an project in the field of ticketing & major events. It is a fantastic opportunity for a smart, dynamic, and ambitious candidate interested in working for sport's highest profile events.

Role Profile:

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of a large scale, ticketing project in Los Angeles. They will work closely with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to ensure collaboration and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

The Junior Project Manager will be responsible for managing client expectations, identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients, internal and external stakeholders to understand project goals, requirements, and deliverables
• Create and maintain project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Manage project scope and change requests
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
• Manage client relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Experience as a Project Manager for large global complex projects
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the sports industry or a passion for sports is a plus
