This is an excellent opportunity for recent law school graduates or attorneys with up to 2 years of experience in employment law to join a dynamic team focused on providing top-notch legal services.

As a Junior Employment Attorney, you will be working closely with senior attorneys on a variety of cases, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in both defense and plaintiff-side employment law.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• 0-2 years of experience in employment law preferred, but recent graduates will be considered.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing for hearings.
• Familiarity with federal and state employment laws is a plus.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
• Active bar membership in California.
