As a Junior Digital Content Creator, you will support the Senior Digital Content Creator and the marketing team in executing social media strategies, creating engaging digital content, and supporting various marketing efforts. Your role will focus on social media execution, supporting video and photo shoots, editing social media clips, and creating sales collateral such as slide presentations, graphics, and flyers.
What you will do:
- Social Media Execution:
- Assist in developing and executing social media content strategies.
- Create and schedule engaging posts across various social media platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into our content strategies.
- Content Creation and Editing:
- Assist video and photo shoots, ensuring high-quality content capture.
- Edit video clips for social media, ensuring they are engaging and visually appealing.
- Assist in creating digital content, including graphics, and animations.
- Sales Collateral Support:
- Develop and design sales collateral such as slide presentations, flyers, training materials, and brochures.
- Ensure all sales materials align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Trend Monitoring and Implementation:
- Stay up to date on the latest digital content trends and best practices.
- Implement new trends and techniques to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency and quality across all content.
- Provide creative input and support for various marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements
We want you to succeed, so you will need:
- Experience in digital content creation and social media management.
- Experience operating audio/visual equipment.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Canva).
- Proficient in audio editing software (Adobe Audition).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, willingness to travel.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new trends and technologies.
- Openness to constructive feedback and continuous improvement
Nice to have:
- College degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in creating sales, marketing, or training content.
- Knowledge of agriculture or interest in the agricultural industry.
Hourly range: $23 to $27 per hour
Please note that the base pay offered may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and experience, as well as geographic location.
