Direct Counsel is excited to announce an opening for a Junior Attorney Associate specializing in Personal Injury at prestigious law firm in Los Angeles, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 1 year of experience in personal injury litigation. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and grow within a supportive environment that champions client advocacy and professional development.

Requirements

• Assist in managing personal injury cases from inception through resolution, under the supervision of senior attorneys.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Participate in the preparation of discovery materials and responses.
• Attend client meetings, depositions, and court hearings as necessary.
• Maintain communication with clients, providing updates on case progress.
• Support trial preparation efforts as needed.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• At least one year experience in personal injury law.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
• Passion for providing exceptional client service.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
