As an IT Infrastructure Manager at Dew Software, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring its stability, availability, and security. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure solutions that support the organization's digital transformation goals.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee Dew Software's IT infrastructure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions
  • Ensure the stability, availability, and security of the IT infrastructure
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to IT infrastructure
  • Develop and implement IT policies, standards, and procedures
  • Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning efforts
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure management
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of infrastructure technologies and systems
  • Experience designing and implementing infrastructure solutions
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs
  • Experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure
  • Knowledge of security best practices and protocols
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
