You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure solutions that support the organization's digital transformation goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee Dew Software's IT infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions
- Ensure the stability, availability, and security of the IT infrastructure
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to IT infrastructure
- Develop and implement IT policies, standards, and procedures
- Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning efforts
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management
- Strong knowledge and understanding of infrastructure technologies and systems
- Experience designing and implementing infrastructure solutions
- Knowledge of network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs
- Experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of security best practices and protocols
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
