This role would be to support the three current Investor Relations team members in assisting and coordinating all Investor Relations tasks and activities and across HCP’s investor base of high net worth and institutional investors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Assist with the scheduling and coordination of calendars for both internal and external meetings.

·         Manage and maintain the Juniper Square CRM database, including recording meetings, meeting notes, and all email communications with investors, and also add new contacts and organizations, update investor pipeline, and manage data rooms.

·         Track the completion of subscription documents, notices, and other legal documents for high net worth and institutional investor base.

·         Assist in preparing investor and firm-specific meeting/marketing materials.

·         Assist with market research and competitor research.

·         Manage details and logistics for the Annual General Meeting (AGM), webinars, and other important investor meetings.

·         Manage the investor relations meeting agendas and calendar invites.

·         Coordinate studio tours.

·         Assist in proofreading all investor relations materials, including quarterly reports, capital call notices, RFPs/DDQs, etc.

Requirements

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Highly detail-oriented, critical thinker, adaptable, and a collaborative team player.

·         Experience (preferred) and an overall interest in private commercial real estate investing.

·         Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft Office products and services.

·         Strong written and verbal skills, relationship-building skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.  

·         Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

·         Experience with CRM System, Juniper Square, is a plus.

·         Bachelor's degree (business, marketing, economics majors preferred).
