About Us
We are a pioneering real estate and technology startup dedicated to building cities for people, not cars. Our mission is to create the first car-free city in the US. Our journey began with the development of the nation's inaugural car-free neighborhood built from scratch. Spanning 17 acres, this $200 million mixed-use development accommodates 1,000 residents and boasts 55% open space, shared courtyards, and abundant bookable areas. As the co-developer and tech-enabled property manager, we are reshaping urban living.
