The Intake Processor role at Liberty Behavioral & Community Services revolves around meticulous attention to detail. We are seeking a candidate who excels at gathering essential information by engaging with new or potential clients. By asking a series of targeted questions, you will collect valuable data that will guide the subsequent steps to be taken for each individual. Alongside direct and indirect interaction with our participants, it is crucial to be physically comfortable, as this role involves working closely with adults with disabilities and may require walking, standing, and sitting for extended periods.
this position is an onsite evening position (10am-7pm)
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science, data management or a similar field experience is a must.
- Demonstrates the ability to use standard office equipment such as telephones, computers, copiers, fax machines and others.
- Displays the ability to communicate with others effectively while using active listening techniques.
- Shows proficiency with computer programs which may include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and others.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and the ability to calm patients or clients who may be distraught.
- Shows the ability to calm frustrated clients quickly and make decisions based upon anticipated outcomes.
- Possesses the ability to adjust to constantly changing workloads.
- 3-5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant capacity.
- 3-5 years of experience in a recruiting, SMB or B2B Sales Role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with top-notch research skills.
- Ability to adapt swiftly to changes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an effective team player.
- Ability to work with minimal instruction and anticipate the needs of staff.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of the adult developmental and intellectual disabilities industry.
- Degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or Communications.
- Startup experience.
- Grant/Proposal writing experience.
- Government/Public service experience.
