Thanks to our rapidly expanding business, we are hiring for ALL of our Adriana’s Insurance offices whether you have experience or not! We will provide you with paid training and help you get your producer license.
Applicants must be able to generate new business by educating potential customers about insurance needs. You will sell, differentiate, and negotiate insurance plans that match the needs of our prospective customers. The goal is to build strong, positive relationships, to ensure revenue growth and establish your reputation as an agent.
Adriana’s Insurance provides the tools to become a leader by providing ongoing Mentorship and Training to promote personal and professional growth.
What you’ll do
- Evaluate individual customer needs to educate clients on insurance options
- Take initiative and be proactive
- Work well whether independently or with a team
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Meet sales targets
- Develop sales skills
- Cross-sell products and other services
- Reach out to customer leads by using our in-house platforms
- Resolve customer issues and complaints
- Work with a variety of A-rated carriers to tailor each client’s experience
- Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
Requirements
Who are you
- Professional and charismatic personality
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Call center experience is a plus
- Interested in continued learning
- Knowledge of marketing products and services is a plus
- Highly self-motivated and goal oriented
- Strong networking and client relationship building skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Computer proficiency
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to connect with our client
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Proficient)
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
