As an Inside Sales Representative- Trench Safety for Sunstate, you’re going to be one of the voices that our customers have come to know and love. You’ll help increase revenues by opening new accounts, suggestive selling, building, and maintaining professional relationships, and coordinating and providing services for your customers. You’ll be taking orders for deliveries and pick-ups, as well as handling some mechanical troubleshooting for equipment over the phone. You’re the acting liaison between customers, sales, dispatch, and management to ensure quality solutions are developed for the benefit of all parties.
Requirements
Preferred Qualities/Experience:
- Construction or equipment rental experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
- You have excellent customer service skills, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- You have basic computer skills & Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
- You are good with multi-tasking and able to perform under pressure as tasks will shift by priority.
- You are detail oriented, you will handle customer transactions such as quotes, orders for deliveries, pick ups, and suggestive selling.
- Technologically capable: If you don’t know AS400 or CAD systems it’s okay but be willing to learn!
- You’re a top-notch communicator with an infectious personality; comfortable and charming.
- You are a team player and will be collaborating with other team members: You’ve got sales goals, and you can’t meet all of them alone.
