Please Note: This is an in-office position located at our Newport Beach, CA office.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative with a passion for sales. This role will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- High-Volume Outbound Calls: Engage with potential insurance agents/companies through outbound calls, making over 150 calls a day.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations to articulate the value propositions and benefits of the company's products and services.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements to close sales effectively.
- CRM: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Sales Tools Utilization: Utilize sales automation tools to streamline the sales process and improve efficiency.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track key performance metrics and sales targets.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales with a focus on hunting new business.
- Strong phone and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Experience making over 150 calls a day, including both cold and warm calls.
- CRM experience and proficiency in sales automation tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Previous sales experience in B2B sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, Solar, Digital Marketing, or B2C sales (e.g., debt consolidators, tax relief, insurance agents) is preferred.

Compensation:
- Base Pay: Initial $17.10 Hourly base plus ongoing UNCAPPED Commissions and Performance Bonuses
- First Year On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000
- Top Performers: Surpassing $100,000 in their second year
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PST
- Onsite at our Newport Beach, CA office
