We are:
A thriving insurance agency and risk management company climbing our way up an industry ran by a bunch of boomers who are committed to growing through acquisitions.
Whiteboard keeps businesses in all industries, with approximately 20-2000 employees, on the right side of profitability by proactively approaching the work comp system. We sell a very unique platform of services to companies that we know have a unique problem within their Worker's Comp insurance.
You are:

You effectively partner with your sales counterparts, utilizing their expertise. A skilled negotiator with a knack for identifying the solutions that best address customers’ needs and articulating the value. Self-directed. You are skilled at autonomously driving projects in a startup environment. You roll up your sleeves and drive execution and results.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Call businesses to set meetings for licensed brokers - lots of cold calls!
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling goals
- Manage daily tasks in Salesforce
- Complete quarterly learning and sales objectives
- LinkedIn Prospecting
- Setting up digital events and organizing/hosting sales webinars
- Inviting prospective clients to company events
- Sending out video brochures and following up with prospects
- Handwritten cards to prospects
- Setting up work comp analysis for broker
- General broker support
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience - Highly Preferred
- Proven track record of quota and goal achievement
- Ability to provide a high degree of major account management and control
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to excel in a team-oriented atmosphere
- Knowledge with insurance (or Worker's Comp) preferred, but not required
