Infor GHR Consultant

JK Seva, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Infor GHR Consultant to join our dynamic Human Resources consulting team. With our proven methodology, we specialize in implementing, upgrading, and optimizing the Infor Cloudsuite and UKG Workforce Management solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients in various industries such as healthcare, government, public safety, banking and finance, hospitality, and gaming.

As an Infor GHR Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our clients in implementing and enhancing their Infor GHR system. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, provide expert advice on system configuration and customization, and ensure the successful deployment of the Infor GHR solution. You will have the opportunity to leverage your knowledge and expertise in Infor Lawson S3, UKG Workforce Central, and UKG Dimensions to provide superior project oversight, industry best practices, and training options.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their HR requirements and translate them into system configurations and customizations within the Infor GHR solution.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on Infor GHR system functionality and best practices to clients.
• Participate in system implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects, ensuring successful deployment and user adoption.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure the smooth operation of the Infor GHR solution.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials for end-users to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure effective system utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and business consultants, to deliver integrated solutions that meet clients' needs.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in Infor GHR technology to provide ongoing recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Infor GHR, including implementation and configuration.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Infor Lawson S3 and v11 Payroll preferred
• Familiarity with HR processes and best practices in various industries.
• Experience with system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• HR professional certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) are a plus.
