We are seeking the talents of an Influencer Marketing Strategist - Canada (M/F) to contribute to the next chapter of Sézane’s journey. The position is based in Los Angeles and will require semi-frequent domestic travel.
As an Influencer Marketing Strategist - Canada, you will report to the Head of Influence and your missions will be the following:
- Research, identify and engage key online influencers aligned with the brand
- Execute gifting campaigns across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube platforms
- Build and develop strong relationships with influencers + agencies and manage day-to-day communications
- Collaborate with the other teams to create unique events for influencers
- Work closely with the paid and email teams to funnel top influencer content into paid media and email campaigns
- Stay on top of industry trends, influencer marketing best practices, the latest tools and platforms, translating to strategies and tactics
- Maintain strong relationships with current influencers in addition to establishing new ones
- Compile, analyze, and assess the performance of influencer marketing campaigns to make strategic decisions and improvements
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in influencer marketing for fashion, beauty or related companies
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Knowledge of the Canadian market is a plus
- Language fluency in French is a plus
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, process-driven but also full of creative ideas
- Must be comfortable in a high pressure, fast paced business environment
- Outstanding relationship-building skills
- Are a true team player and not afraid to roll your sleeves up to get things done
- Flexible schedule to accommodate domestic travels
Benefits
Annual salary range: $75,000 - $85,000, depending on skills and experience.
