Influencer Coordinator - PLT

What you'll be doing

• Assist the team with daily Influencer appointments
• Liaising with the global PR and Influencer team in regards to the campaign calendar and new product launches
• Working with the team on third party partnerships across the USA
• Manage a roster of USA based Influencer talent including negotiating deals, drafting contracts, processing payments and keeping track of paid post deliverables
• Using various platforms to monitor posts / engagement / campaign successes
• Placing daily Influencer orders
• Researching new Influencers to gift on a daily basis. Nurturing and building direct relationships with influencers within the USA Support the team with all campaign gifting / social initiatives
• Assist the team on wider events, Influencer campaign launches, trips and launch dinners (this will often include travel within the USA)
• Proactively working to seed product pushes which are sent from the buying team and confirming campaign support

More about you

• Previous experience in influencer marketing
• Excellent people skills
• Ability to act with pace
• Extremely well organised with the ability to juggle multiple streams of work
• Creative thinker
• Previous retail experience preferred
