Influencer Assistant

The role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Influencer Assistant to play a fundamental role in the day to day management of our Student Ambassador program. As a member of our expanding Marketing team, your day-to-day activities will involve managing any new or existing Student Ambassadors and supporting the wider team on other influencer programs.

What you'll be doing

Manage the day to day of the Student Ambassador Program:

• Approve content deliverables from Student Ambassadors
• Respond to any student inquiries
• Manage relationship with third party platform provider
• Approve new Students to enrol in the program on a monthly basis
• Create email and SMS communication to student ambassadors
• Monthly and weekly reporting on the student ambassador program
• Manage send out of vouchers to student ambassadors
• Share high quality / performing content to the social team
• Create new and fun campaign for the student ambassadors on a monthly basis
• Create and manage event activations for student ambassadors alongside events manager
• Remove inactive student ambassadors from the program on a monthly basis
• Create and update student briefing documents as required
• Research how to keep student ambassador program relevant and exciting

Along with:

• Manage own roster of gifting FOC Influencers. Research new Influencers to gift on a daily basis. Nurturing and building direct relationships with influencers within the USA
• Support Senior TikTok Executive on TikTok influencer strategy
• Support Senior Influencer team on placing daily influencer orders
• Support the team with all campaign gifting / social initiatives
• Host regular showroom appointments along with supporting senior level team members on their appointments
• Assist the team on wider events, Influencer campaign launches, trips, dinners

• Some experience with Influencer Marketing
• Excellent people skills
• Ability to act with pace amongst a large team
