Position Overview: 

Responsibilities

• l Security Program Oversight: Assist the Primary Security Coordinator in implementing and maintaining the TSA-approved security program.
• l Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with TSA regulations, including the development, implementation, and monitoring of security measures.
• l Incident Response: Act as the point of contact during security incidents, coordinating responses, and communication with TSA and other relevant authorities.
• l Training and Education: Conduct security training and briefings for staff to ensure awareness and adherence to security protocols.
• l Audit and Inspections: Participate in regular audits and inspections to identify and rectify security vulnerabilities.
• l Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of security measures, incidents, training, and communications.
• l Coordination: Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure integrated and effective security measures.

Requirements

• US citizen (Green card will not qualified) and ability to pass background checks and security clearances as required by TSA and other regulatory bodies.
• Knowledge of TSA regulations and security protocols for Indirect Air Carriers(IACSC).
• Understanding of security risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Willingness to undergo ongoing training and professional development to stay current with security regulations and best practices.
