Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage iCloud infrastructure and services to meet operational goals.
• Collaborate with application developers to optimize iCloud integration for improved performance and user experience.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uptime and efficiency of services.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to architecture, data models, and configurations for iCloud solutions.
• Implement security protocols and backup solutions to safeguard sensitive data stored in iCloud.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on proper use of iCloud services and tools.
• Stay updated on the latest iCloud developments and best practices, offering recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an iCloud Engineer or in a similar cloud technology role.
• Strong knowledge of Apple's iCloud services, architecture, and APIs.
• Experience with programming languages such as Swift, Objective-C, or Python.
• Familiarity with security protocols and best practices for cloud computing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
