Full Job Description
Seeking a highly motivated HVAC Installer!
Starting rates at $32 - $40 per hour, depending on experience
Our company exclusively installs heat pump systems - both centrally ducted splits and ductless mini-splits. At scale, our company will be installing millions of heat pumps per year, and this role will help lay the framework enabling this dramatic growth.

Requirements
- 3+ years of previous HVAC experience
- Own transportation needed to work anywhere in the Bay Area (from Marin down to San Jose)
- Experience with power tools and working in a construction environment
- Native English language
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs)
- Willingness to work in confined spaces like attics or crawlspaces
- Comfortable with pre-employment background check
