We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions for our US branch. This role will play a critical part in aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the human resources strategic plan for the US branch, aligning with the company's overarching goals.
Ensure HR policies are consistent with the company's global strategy and adhere to local laws and regulations.
Lead recruitment efforts for the US branch, focusing on key departments including Marketing, Finance, Warehousing, and Logistics.
Establish and maintain effective recruitment channels to meet the organization's talent acquisition needs efficiently.
Collaborate with department leaders to design and execute performance improvement initiatives.
Develop and implement a competitive compensation and benefits strategy to attract and retain top talent.
Oversee payroll processes, commission structures, and management of employee benefit programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
Foster strong employee relations, addressing employee concerns and resolving labor disputes effectively.
Ensure all HR practices comply with federal and state labor laws, including matters related to visas, work permits, and other labor-related legal requirements.
Manage and maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate and secure data management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a multinational or international organization.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
- Strong familiarity with US labor laws and regulations.
- Exceptional English communication skills: proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills, with a proven ability to navigate complex employee relations scenarios.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required for this role.
