Job type: Full Time

Location: 3131 Camino del Rio N, Ste 650, San Diego, CA 92108. After an initial training period, employees work 3 days in the office, 2 from home.

Role Summary:

TEAM is looking for an HR Compliance Analyst to join and support our rapidly growing company. The HR Compliance Analyst will report to the HR Compliance Program Manager and will ensure organizational adherence to employment laws and HR policies. TEAM is an employer of record for over 7k employees across the USA and manages compliance for all regions. The ideal candidate has experience with employment compliance and is organized, detail-oriented, and customer service-oriented. 

What you will do:

  • Monitor for new and changing employment laws that impact TEAM’s business operations nationwide. 
  • Communicate all compliance updates to internal teams and external stakeholders.  
  • Maintain employee policies and required employer postings and notices for all regions. 
  • Audit and manage minimum wage increase process for all regions on a quarterly basis.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing across operations to identify gaps in procedures. 
  • Analyze themes and trends from compliance audits and provide recommendations to fix or enhance TEAM operations.
  • Create and present training materials for compliance updates. 
  • Maintain and oversee internal compliance-related tools  and references. 
  • Lead annual compliance reporting requirements. 
  • Support the HR Compliance Program Manager with all cross-departmental compliance initiatives.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent experience preferred. 
  • Minimum of one year work experience, preferably with some office experience.
  • Excellent client service skills and professional demeanor.
  • High degree of organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate to a wide range of audiences.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize competing objectives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and able to learn and navigate other internal software systems quickly and efficiently.

This role is based in California. The California salary range for this position is $68,640-$75,000. Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to the applicant’s skills, work experience, knowledge, abilities, education, etc.
