Overview:

As the HR Business Partner (HRBP) supporting our dynamic sales teams across consumer and B2B divisions, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business goals. This position requires a proactive and collaborative professional who can partner closely with sales leadership to drive performance, foster talent development, and maintain a positive and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership:
    Collaborate with sales leadership teams to understand business objectives and provide HR insights, strategies, and solutions to support organizational goals.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention:
    Partner with the recruitment team to attract top sales talent for consumer and B2B business units. Develop and implement retention strategies tailored to a high-performance sales environment.
  • Employee Engagement:
    Implement initiatives to boost morale, engagement, and productivity across geographically dispersed sales teams. Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership.
  • Performance Management:
    Drive effective performance reviews and support managers in identifying and nurturing high performers. Address skill gaps with tailored training and development programs.
  • HR Policy and Compliance:
    Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies across all consumer and B2B sales activities. Educate managers on HR policies and legal compliance to mitigate risks.
  • Learning and Development:
    Collaborate with sales leaders to design and deliver training programs aimed at skill development, leadership growth, and sales effectiveness.
  • Organizational Development:
    Advise on organizational structure changes and manage workforce planning for the sales divisions.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    Utilize HR metrics and analytics to make informed recommendations that enhance team performance and contribute to business outcomes.
  • Change Management:
    Guide sales teams through organizational change initiatives by providing HR support and clear communication during transitions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including direct support of sales or client-facing teams in consumer and/or B2B sectors.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices, particularly in sales-driven environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a global workforce.

Benefits

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000
