Preferred Search Group is partnering with a growing Hospice company based in Dallas, TX.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospice Sales Rep to join our team. The Sales Rep will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong background in hospice sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
The idea candidate will have connections with discharge planners in hospitals, senior living and MD offices in the local area.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
- Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
- Monitor industry trends and developments to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in senior care/hospice industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events as required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
