We’re seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial growth leader to take our global Amazon business to the next level. While we already have a foothold in the Amazon marketplace, we see considerable opportunity to grow both core lines of business – Frame and Calendar – in the US as well as in our International markets. You will own the P&L, oversee marketing budget. Join us as our architect and strategic navigator for this major sales channel.

You’ll report to the VP of Growth and collaborate closely with performance, sales, and creative teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a 360-strategy (including marketing, pricing and promotions, page optimization and SEO, supply chain, customer service) and lead tactical execution to maximize revenue and achieve profitability targets.
  • Lead day-to-day operations on Amazon, ensuring optimal product content, inventory management, pricing, and promotional activities.
  • Lead a PPC agency; refine roles across our team as we scale (e.g. hire & onboard additional operations and/or marketing support as needed).
  • Track and report on KPIs – sales, inventory, rankings.
  • Lead new product launches and Amazon GTM.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with Amazon (including category managers, 1P & 3P vendor managers, Strategic Account Services)

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience selling on Amazon (Seller and/or Vendor Central) with a DTC / CPG ecommerce brand.
  • Proficient in Amazon Seller Central, advertising platforms, and analytics tools. Deep familiarity with Amazon KPIs and metrics. 
  • Experience leading large, multivariate, and zero-to-one projects, from strategy to execution.
  • Highly analytical; strong understanding of LTV and CAC and key Amazon metrics.
  • Strong communication skills; can orchestrate and take action across multiple projects seamlessly.
  • Detail-oriented and a fast learner; comfortable wearing many hats!
  • Entrepreneurial spirit. Energized by all things Amazon.
