Job description
- Great communication skills
- Must know and have the experience of keeping peers safe
- Preferred 5+ years of experience with heavy equipment ( Bobcat, Backhoe, Excavator, Mini X, rollers, wheel loader, water truck, and all different attachments for the equipment )
- Preferred 5+ years of hard demo and grading experience
- Knowledge on cuts and fills
- Good working skills under pressure
- Must be able to read and comprehend grading stakes and different type of ribbons
- Must be able to communicate with grade checkers
- Willing to work with other trades, divisions and hand tools
- Must be able to commute anywhere in LA County, Orange County, San Diego County, Riverside County, San Bernardino, and Santa Barbara County.
- Open to be evaluated on the field
- Open to work days, night, and weekends if needed
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
