Hard Demo and Grading Operator

Job description

• Great communication skills
• Must know and have the experience of keeping peers safe
• Preferred 5+ years of experience with heavy equipment ( Bobcat, Backhoe, Excavator, Mini X, rollers, wheel loader, water truck, and all different attachments for the equipment )
• Preferred 5+ years of hard demo and grading experience
• Knowledge on cuts and fills
• Good working skills under pressure
• Must be able to read and comprehend grading stakes and different type of ribbons
• Must be able to communicate with grade checkers
• Willing to work with other trades, divisions and hand tools
• Must be able to commute anywhere in LA County, Orange County, San Diego County, Riverside County, San Bernardino, and Santa Barbara County.
• Open to be evaluated on the field
• Open to work days, night, and weekends if needed

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
