Fully Licensed Mental Health Therapist with Group Therapy Experience - Part-Time

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Fully Licensed Mental Health Therapist with demonstrated experience in group therapy to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of group dynamics and experience facilitating therapeutic group sessions for individuals dealing with a variety of mental health concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions: Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients in both individual and group settings.
• Develop and implement group therapy programs: Design and facilitate group therapy programs tailored to the specific needs of the client population.
• Assess client needs: Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and group placements.
• Maintain accurate records: Document client progress and treatment interventions in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team: Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology: Possess a degree from an accredited program.
• Full Licensure: Hold a current and valid license as a mental health therapist in the state of [Your State].
• Experience in Group Therapy: Have a proven track record of successfully facilitating group therapy sessions.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Knowledge of Evidence-Based Practices: Stay current on evidence-based practices in mental health treatment, particularly in group therapy modalities.

Pay:

• $80-$120 per hour

Hours:

• Tuesdays 10a-1p PST
• Fridays 10a-1130p PST
