Full-Time Tree Climber

Location: Marin County, CA

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Full-Time Tree Climber with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. As a Tree Climber, you will be responsible for servicing residential areas, performing tasks such as cutting, pruning, and full tree removal. The ideal candidate will have experience with both Single Rope Technique (SRT) and Double Rope Technique (DRT), and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Climb trees using SRT and DRT to perform cutting, pruning, and removal services.
• Inspect trees to determine the necessary trimming, pruning, or removal requirements.
• Safely operate chainsaws, pruners, and other tree care equipment.
• Ensure the safety of yourself, team members, and property during tree care operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure job satisfaction.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Tree Climber.
• Proficiency in Single Rope Technique (SRT) and Double Rope Technique (DRT).
• Strong safety awareness and a commitment to working safely at all times.
• Good attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
