Full Job Description
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be at the center of our development efforts, driving innovative web solutions that enhance user experience and meet business goals. You'll work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software applications while being engaged in both backend and frontend development. Your contributions will directly impact the functionality and performance of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications across the full stack, ensuring robust functionality and an engaging user interface.
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement RESTful APIs and manage database schemas to optimize application performance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Perform testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and stability of applications.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in full stack development with a strong proficiency in frontend and backend technologies.
- Proficiency in frontend languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with backend technologies like Node.js, Python, or Ruby and familiarity with web frameworks (e.g., Express, Django).
- Solid understanding of database management systems, including SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Familiarity with version control systems, like Git, for collaboration and code management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
