About the Role
We are seeking an experienced hands-on Fulfilment Coordinator to join our Fulfilment team. We are looking for an outgoing individual, who's a people person with a passion for fulfilment and exceptional customer service skills. Our ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and be willing to actively contribute to the team. You need to be comfortable speaking with colleagues and customers, both on the phone and in person and be skilled in conflict resolution.
The Fulfilment Coordinator will play a crucial role in our operations, providing clients with a high level of customer service. If this aligns with your skills and interests, we invite you to apply and join our team based in our LA Warehouse Office, located in Pacoima.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication skills and relatability whether in person, in writing or over the phone. Able to resolve conflict effectively
- Organising the day-to-day fulfilment activities, ensuring the highest level of service is maintained with all customer touch points, calls, emails, text and occasionally in person
- Coordinate with various internal departments, including sales, warehouse, and procurement, to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions in a timely manner
- Establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Managing stock to ensure customer lead times are minimised and stock is allocated efficiently
- A team player who is happy to lend a hand to others and an ability to work collaboratively with colleagues as well as working autonomously
- Previous experience in customer service/Fulfilment or a related field
- Logistics/dispatch experience
- Previous experience with Netsuite is an advantage
