Hi! We’re bem. In 3-5 years, software will be written very differently, and we’re creating the platform to enable the next generation of software primitives.
We are leveraging the power of LLMs to create new interfaces between humans and systems in order to build the interoperability holy grail. Integrating data sources is counterintuitively a core requirement of building modern products that folks grit their teeth even thinking about. This problem is close to our hearts: our founding team has faced a myriad of challenges scaling everything from ERPs and accounting suites to biotech R&D platforms and software engineering copilots. The need to plug into both human and digital protocols continuously distracted us from the core problems we deeply cared about solving, so we started bem to make sure no one has to be stuck in the hamster wheel of wrangling data integrations ever again.
Job Description
We recently raised our seed round and are looking to bring on a Founding GTM (Go-To-Market) Generalist. This is a unique opportunity to join us at the ground level and shape our GTM strategy while ensuring customer success.
This role is cross-functional by default: you’ll be working closely with product and engineering through bridging customer feedback loops, building GTM motions that scale with our founders, and driving bem’s user community forward. At a high-level, this role is the intersection of business development, sales engineering, and customer success.
We don’t believe in crusty-old sales motions and need your help crafting a GTM process that meets the bar of our product and culture.
Requirements
What you'll work on
- Demand: be relentless in hunting down leads in our ICP to evangelize our product and new product-building approach. These companies need bem.
- Refine Initial GTM Motion: work directly with the founders in refining our ICP, narrowing it down, and iterate on our GTM process.
- Infrastructure: Lead generation, process, data enrichment, content marketing, initial SEO setup, and customer success.
- Early Customer Success: Assist new customers with onboarding, ensuring they experience immediate value and success with our platform.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of B2B software, especially within the AI/ML and data transformation space.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
- Curiosity and hunger to build this with us from scratch.
