TalenTailors is looking for a talented and driven Founding Engineer to join our customers` team.
Responsibilities:
- Own product features: Transform customer requirements into high-quality code
- Iterate on publication-grade ML: Brainstorm new ML methods to significantly enhance agent behavior
- Wear many hats: Adapt to diverse tasks involving frontend, backend, infrastructure, and ML
- Move mountains: Go the extra mile to drive the company's progress
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field
- Proven engineering experience of at least 4 years within a startup environment
- Proficiency in Python and backend technologies such as FastAPI, Flask, and Django
- Proficient in both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) database technologies
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, or similar
- Strong ability to effectively manage workload and work under pressure in a high-demand, competitive environment
- Excellent teamwork skills with a strong work ethic
- Passionate about solving challenging problems alongside highly intelligent individuals
