Our client, Delcoi, is seeking a skilled Foundation Repair Specialist to join their team. As a Foundation Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and repairing foundation issues in residential and commercial buildings. You will work closely with clients to provide effective solutions and ensure the structural integrity and safety of their properties.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect and assess foundations to identify issues and determine repair needs
- Perform foundation repairs, such as leveling, underpinning, and stabilization
- Install and maintain foundation drainage systems
- Use appropriate tools and equipment to carry out repair work
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Foundation Repair Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of foundation repair techniques and methods
- Ability to assess and diagnose foundation issues accurately
- Familiarity with foundation drainage systems
- Proficiency in using foundation repair tools and equipment
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Excellent physical stamina and strength
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Foundation repair certifications and licenses are preferred
