Food Quality Control

Talent One Recruitment and Staffing agency is searching for a Quality Control Specialist for a Food manufacturing company in Santa Fe Springs.

Job Type: Temp to Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $18hr - $20hr

Job Duties:

• Asist with food product safety and quality testing (Food Color, Nutrients, and Moisture levels)
• Lab testing and calibration (Brix, refractory index, density, weight, moisture testing)
• Ensures food product and process are compliant with food and drug administration rules and regulations.
• Test for Bacteria in chemical and biological samples.
• Responsible for preparing necessary equipment related to quality checks before the beginning of production.
• Document and file all job-related quality information.
• Other Duties as Assigned.

Requirements

• Prior Quality Control Experience.
• HACCP Certification
• SQF Certification
• PCQI Certification
