Key Responsibilities

• Greet passengers as they board and assist them in finding their seats.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to passenger inquiries and requests.
• Conduct safety briefings and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
• Serve in-flight meals and beverages with care and attention to detail.
• Monitor cabin conditions and provide assistance during the flight.
• Address any passenger emergencies or issues with professionalism and calmness.
• Work closely with fellow crew members to ensure a smooth and pleasant flight experience.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years at the time of application.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Readiness to participate in training programs and follow strict safety guidelines.
