Responsibilities

• Ensure passenger safety and compliance with all airline regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers throughout the flight
• Assist in the boarding and deplaning processes
• Serve meals and beverages to passengers and attend to their needs
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety procedures
• Manage in-flight sales and service initiatives
• Respond to passenger inquiries and provide support during the flight

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in at least one additional language apart from English
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Must be at least 18 years of age
