Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers during flights.
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and briefings for passengers.
• Serve food and beverages to passengers in a professional manner.
• Assist passengers with special needs and handle emergencies as they arise.
• Promote and sell in-flight products and services to passengers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address passenger inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cabin throughout the flight.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Fluent in English and at least one additional language is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid passport and be willing to travel internationally.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Commitment to providing outstanding service and ensuring passenger satisfaction.
