Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during flights
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the flight
• Serve food and beverages to passengers
• Communicate safety protocols and information to passengers
• Address passenger inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
• Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure smooth flight operations

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
• Willingness to work as part of a team
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
