Full Job Description
The Financial Administrator will play a key role in supporting the financial operations by assisting our client in budget management, financial reporting, and administrative tasks. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure accurate financial tracking, data entry, and communication across departments.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with project managers to track project budget performance and discrepancies.
- Planning: Develop a detailed project plan that includes timelines and resources
- Scheduling: Create a schedule for the project and ensure that tasks are completed on time
- Communication: Keep stakeholders informed and engaged, and resolve issues
- Documentation: Maintain project documentation and handle compliance or regulatory issues
- Learning: Continually learn about industry best practices, new technologies, and emerging standards
- Assist in Budgeting, manage and process invoices, using RIMS and SAP
- Communicate with Finance team in Michigan and Asia
