Finance Specialist in California

Job Responsibilities Description:

1. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in a timely manner according to the parent company's schedule and domestic financial standards, and provide financial reports to headquarters on a monthly basis; Complete the annual financial settlement work.

2. Coordinate with the audit and tax affairs of the US subsidiary, and cooperate with domestic and international audit work.

3. Daily accounting processing, preparing financial budgets, as well as financing and fund planning.

Requirements

1. Full time undergraduate degree or above, majoring in accounting or financial management;

2. More than 5 years of relevant work experience, with work experience in overseas companies or Chinese companies' overseas subsidiaries;

3. Familiar with US financial standards;

4. Fluent in spoken and written English, proficient in handling various English financial accounting documents and other legal contracts;

5. Have good communication, coordination, and organizational skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
