Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Onsite - San Diego
Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000
Job Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support business objectives.
- Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance monitoring to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Financial Reporting and Compliance:
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and presentations in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial regulations.
- Coordinate and oversee external audits and regulatory inspections.
Cash Flow Management:
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial resources and support operational needs.
- Monitor cash flow projections, analyze cash flow trends, and implement cash management strategies.
Cost Management and Control:
- Monitor and analyze costs, expenses, and overheads to identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Implement cost control measures and monitor adherence to budgetary targets.
Financial Systems and Processes:
- Evaluate, enhance, and implement financial systems, processes, and controls to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of financial data.
- Streamline financial workflows and automate routine tasks to improve productivity and effectiveness.
Risk Management:
- Identify financial risks, assess their potential impact on business operations, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage financial risk exposures, including currency risk, interest rate risk, and credit risk.
Requirements
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
