Full Job Description

Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara is currently accepting resumes for a hybrid Clerk/ IT Specialist in our Woodland Hills office. The ideal candidate must be organized, and proficient with Microsoft Office. A qualified candidate will have a professional attitude and appearance, etiquette along with the ability to execute time sensitive tasks. Computer skills and IT knowledge are required.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Receive, track and organize incoming and outgoing mail
  2. Open file cases
  3. Process case closures
  4. File documents
  5. Order supplies
  6. Set-up and move computers
  7. Load software onto computers
  8. Work closely with IT/Helpdesk to troubleshoot computer issues
