Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara is currently accepting resumes for a hybrid Clerk/ IT Specialist in our Woodland Hills office. The ideal candidate must be organized, and proficient with Microsoft Office. A qualified candidate will have a professional attitude and appearance, etiquette along with the ability to execute time sensitive tasks. Computer skills and IT knowledge are required.
Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive, track and organize incoming and outgoing mail
- Open file cases
- Process case closures
- File documents
- Order supplies
- Set-up and move computers
- Load software onto computers
- Work closely with IT/Helpdesk to troubleshoot computer issues
