Title: Field Service Representative/Account Manager – FSR
Reports to: Director of Business Development

What are we looking for:
We are seeking motivated individuals to assist in customer service and client portal training for existing and new clients. Candidates with laboratory, phlebotomy or medical office experience is a plus. Candidates must be very energetic and motivated to physically call on all clients in their region.
This person will manage information pertaining to patient specimens, and provides responsible, difficult and precise technical and clerical assistance requiring independent judgement, self-motivation and exacting detail. Provides extensive client service communication with internal and external customers
This is a great opportunity to become established in the laboratory industry with room for growth into other areas of our business. Past work experience at a clinical lab or home healthcare company preferred. Doesn’t need to be in sales.
What you will do:
· Weekly travel inside of assigned territory (minimum 3 days a week)
· New customer acquisition and onboarding
· Existing customer satisfaction and relationships
· Dropping off medical supplies to clients when needed
· Marketing of new services
· Attend all sales meetings and trainings (weekly team meetings)
· Listen to customer concerns and report them to manager
· Logging field activity into MobiMed
· Be responsive to customers and company leadership
Territory: Orange County and Inland Empire
Salary: $50K-60K annual salary / $6,000-$36,000 annual bonus potential (paid monthly)
Mileage: $0.67 per mile
· Mileage tracked via app for work duties
· Tracking starts when leaving your home and ends at last customer stop
Internet and Phone:
· Company provided iPad
· RingCentral Phone number and app for business communications (must have personal phone)
Schedule:
· Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
· Vacation or time off must be requested 2 weeks in advance
