We are seeking a skilled and reliable Field Inspectors with experience in balcony inspections to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance and repair tasks, with a specific focus on ensuring the safety and integrity of balconies. This is a rewarding opportunity for a self-motivated individual who takes pride in their work and has a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough inspections of balconies to identify any structural issues, damage, or safety hazards.
• Conduct necessary repairs and maintenance on balconies, including but not limited to, fixing railings, replacing damaged flooring, and addressing water damage.
• Provide detailed reports on the condition of balconies and recommend any further actions required.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage and maintain tools and equipment necessary for balcony inspections and repairs.
• Schedule and manage your workload to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a handyman, with specific experience in balcony inspections and repairs.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques.
• Ability to identify and address potential safety hazards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Must have your own vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Must have your own insurance coverage.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Must have the ability to use a smartphone to conduct business (DrBalcony App).
• Must be able to lift at most 50LBS for day-to-day tasks [if needed].
• Ensure that employee has their own tools [Drill, Ladder, Hammer, etc.]

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
