Fertility/Womens Health Nurse Practitioner - Seasoned Recruitment
Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Fertility/Womens Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Nurse Practitioner in our Fertility/Womens Health department, you will be responsible for providing specialized care and support to individuals seeking fertility treatments and women's health services. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, perform medical procedures, and provide patient education and counseling. Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients seeking fertility treatments or women's health services
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient's medical history, diagnostic tests, and individual goals
- Perform various medical procedures, including monitoring of ovulation cycles, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and embryo transfer
- Provide patient education and counseling on fertility treatment options, reproductive health, and family planning
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including fertility specialists, reproductive endocrinologists, and psychologists
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay updated with current research and advancements in fertility and women's health
Requirements
Requirements:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license
- Specialization in Fertility and Womens Health
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fertility or womens health
- Excellent clinical knowledge and skills in fertility treatments and women's health
- Strong communication and counseling skills
- Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team
- Empathy and sensitivity towards patients undergoing fertility treatments
