Hello Sunshine is on a mission to change the narrative for women. Founded by Reese Witherspoon, Hello Sunshine is a media company that puts women at the center of every story we create, celebrate and discover. We tell stories we love–from big to small, funny to complex–all shining a light on where women are now and helping them chart a new path forward.
Hello Sunshine is looking for interns to work with our Social & Editorial team this summer supporting our owned and operated social channels including Hello Sunshine, Reese's Book Club and Fair Play.
What You Will Do
- Assist with content creation and execution of social strategy
- Research trends and support community management
- Gain hands-on industry experience
- Foster skillsets and further your personal career development
What We Are Looking For
- Smart, driven, individuals who are eager to learn more
- Excellent communicators with proficient writing and critical thinking skills
- Applicants should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
- Previous social media internship experience is preferred
Requirements
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all the below requirements:
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at time of application
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
- Able to work between 30-40 hours a week and do a hybrid working model
- The pay rate for this internship is $17.28 per hour
