Full Job Description
We are seeking a committed and passionate After School Program Coordinator to design a program that includes academic, enrichment and physical activities at one of our middle schools in Oakland.

*Please note that rehires within three (3) years are not eligible for the sign-on bonus
Benefits:
- Pay rate: $29-$30/hour DOE
- Full Time: 40 hours per week (Typical work hours are from 9:30 am - 6:30 pm)

Minimum Requirements
- 3 years experience in a K-12 setting or other youth lead program
- 1 year experience as a supervisor and proven ability to lead a team
- Must have an (a) Associate Degree or higher, or (b) 48 or more college units, or (c) High School Diploma or GED and pass Instructional Aide exam
- Must pass criminal background check and TB test clearance
- Available Monday through Friday 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
- Spanish speaking a plus
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation, supervision, and safety of the program at the school site
- Meeting agency and district recording requirements: attendance, payroll, and compliance
- Create, plan, and facilitate engaging enrichment and physical activities for students
- Promote a safe and positive emotional climate in the classroom, the campus, and your team
- Coaching and mentoring of staff
