Full Job Description

SureCo is seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Director to lead our organization and drive our mission forward in the health insurance sector. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the organization’s overall strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Directors and the executive team to enhance the company's performance, increase market share, and positively impact our clients and communities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization, ensuring alignment with the mission, vision, and values of SureCo.
  • Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives that support the organization's growth and sustainability.
  • Lead organizational planning, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives across all departments.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, regulatory bodies, and community organizations.
  • Manage budget preparation, financial reporting, and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Oversee risk management strategies and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Act as the primary spokesperson for the organization, representing SureCo at industry events, conferences, and public engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of executive leadership experience in the health insurance or healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic plans that drive organizational growth.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial plans.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to decision-making.
