Our dedicated and specialized teams have played a pivotal role in assisting communities nationwide during major hurricanes, wildfires, freezes, and mold outbreaks. This job will be supporting the CEO of a rapidly-expanding company as we prepare to scale through California this year. He is a level 5, big-picture person. Your job will be to help him stay on track, keep organized, and block and tackle to protect his time.
We are currently in search of a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to enhance our operations. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to make a significant impact within a team that values clear communication and initiative.
As an Executive Assistant, you will:
- Manage and report key data and metrics in company
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and agendas, ensuring effective use of time.
- Manage email inbox, phone and respond when appropriate.
- Step in as needed to run meetings.
- Document meeting outcomes and action items to facilitate follow-up.
- Assist with recruiting and first pass screenings of potential hires.
- Manage projects for the CEO as needed.
- Represent the company’s brand with a professional appearance and conduct.
- Assist in preparing presentations and monitoring timelines for ongoing projects.
- Manage personal tasks and errands
- Support customer engagement initiatives, including coordinating and participating in appreciation events.
- Contribute positively to the company culture and uphold core values.
- Assist in onboarding and training new employees.
- Research and compile information for various projects as needed.
- Perform additional office duties as assigned and provide backup for management tasks.
Requirements

- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a drive to improve processes from day one.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for collaboration and persuasion.
- Ability to handle pressure and navigate a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong technology ability with Google Workspace, PPT, Canva
- Ability to travel as needed as new branches are being opened in Southern California and elsewhere.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $75K to $95K plus bonus.
