StarDot Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented ER Tech to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of providing technical support and solutions for our emergency response systems. As an essential member of our technology department, you will work closely with other engineers and technical staff to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve our emergency response technology infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include monitoring system performance, conducting diagnostic tests, and implementing corrective actions as necessary. You will also assist in the deployment of new technology solutions and ensure that all systems are operating optimally to support critical operations. Strong problem-solving skills and a dedication to customer service are key for success in this position. Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain emergency response systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Perform regular system diagnostics, identifying and resolving technical issues promptly.
- Assist in the implementation of new technology solutions and upgrades.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on emergency response systems.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
- Document technical processes, issues, and solutions for future reference.
- Work closely with IT and engineering teams to improve overall technology infrastructure.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a technical support specialist or in a similar role, preferably in emergency response technology.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software used in system troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in emergency situations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and users.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.
- Knowledge of emergency response protocols and systems is a plus.
